RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of our food products, all items from STELLA’S SPREADS FOOD PRODUCTS MANUFACTURING are non-returnable and non-refundable for change of mind or wrong orders.
We only accept claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Customers must report within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photos and an unboxing video as proof.
Approved claims may be eligible for replacement or refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is on our end.
Improper storage and failed deliveries due to incorrect details are not eligible for refund.
DELIVERY POLICY
Delivery time depends on the courier and location:
Metro Manila: 1–3 business days
Provincial Areas: 3–7 business days
Shipping fees are shouldered by the customer unless stated otherwise.
Please ensure that your shipping details are complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect addresses, or unreachable recipients.
